The Refuge Center for Counseling hosted their annual dinner Hope Grows to celebrate their 15th Anniversary at Rolling Hills Church in April. The Hope Award was presented to Franklin Mayor Ken Moore by Executive Director and Co-Founder, Amy Alexander, for his work with Find Hope Franklin along with board members Shelley Moeller and Robin McVey. Entertainment was provided by Andy Gullahorn and Jill Phillips.
