Williamson Counties longest running black-tie event, the Heritage Ball, celebrated its 44th year at the Eastern Flank Battlefield.

The evening was chaired by Nancy Smith and Greg Flittner with the help of numerous volunteers including Donna Daniel (Design Chair), Linda and Fred Reynolds (Auction Chairs) and Steve McLellan (Floral Designer).

More than 700 attended and enjoyed a silent and live auction, dinner by Sargent’s Catering and dancing to the Dance Street Band.

Big events are planned months ahead to be certain that everything will be as the organizers and the guests have expected. Most important for an event is the organizers' vision. The vision is the foundation of any event. Also, make time to rent the necessary furniture such as clear span fabric structures and others and install them in advance.
