When you love the world of real estate as much as Realtor Lisa Culp Taylor, it makes sense you would want to share this driving passion for helping clients with like-minded professionals. This is why, after being part of Parks Realty for over two decades, she established LCT Team – Parks in 2017, consistently earning top team status for the well-respected real estate company.

For sellers and buyers in the Middle Tennessee area, the LCT Team offers a chance to work with an enthusiastic and devoted team of real estate professionals who have been highly trained by Taylor and Parks. They guide clients through the process while being an important resource for home improvement projects, accessing information in a timely manner and solving any issues quickly and efficiently.

The LCT Team includes five Realtors alongside Taylor, including a marketing manager, transaction concierge, graphic artist specialist, team assistant and specialized home writer who implements the team’s proven and established marketing formula.

“Honestly, this is one of the biggest transactions of a person’s life, and we want to take the stress out of the process and make it as enjoyable as possible by engaging our team of professionals. This is how we’ve earned repeat business and an impressive list of referrals which we greatly appreciate,” Taylor says.

The team likes to think of this as leveraging real estate resources with a creative and tenacious spirit while delivering a synergy of success for each client — the heart of the LCT Team – Parks.

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee and a second-generation Realtor, Taylor shares this affection for her community with her team. They are particularly proud their hometown of Franklin just earned a No. 8 ranking on Money magazine’s Best Places to Live 2020 list.

“Our team has watched this community expand and grow, and we know the ins and outs of Williamson and surrounding counties. That’s very important when understanding the long-term value of a home and the quality of life it affords you,” Taylor says.

In addition to being a top Parks downtown Franklin team, LCT Team – Parks Realtor Amy Pappas was named the Williamson County Association of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year for 2019. Nashville Lifestyles magazine also recently announced its At Home Awards, and once again named Taylor as “Favorite Realtor.”

“Yes, these awards mean a lot to our team,” Taylor says. “Ultimately, the support and friendship of our clients and colleagues is most important. We love our community, career and industry. I think it shows up daily in how we treat people.”

The team is active with the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Taylor served as president in 2014, helping to guide the association through the burgeoning growth that is a hallmark of the county’s real estate landscape. She also serves on the WCAR Professional Standards Committee and is a member of National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and previously served for four years on the board of Realtracs/MLS.

Active community supporters, the team lends its time and resources to Shower Up Nashville, and a portion of each commission is donated to Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue as well as Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Connect with the team on Facebook, Instagram and their website at LCTTeam.com and subscribe to their newsletter for current trends, inspiring homes, community news and tips, preferred partners and worthy causes.
